Plates, square, stirrups, flanges, boxes, carter of protection, channels, tubs, cloaks: they are some of the products in that FCF can realize material metallic according to the indications of the technical sketch.

The cut and the perforation of the pipes (up to 300 mms of diameter) with the laser technology they complete the range of products offered by FCF. Laser technology allows the production of details of whatever outline, with smooth perimeter perfectly, on material with thickness up to 12 mms for the steel and 7 mms for the inox.

With the aid of the punching machines CN is possible to get deformations or rustication besides. The fold can be performed on particular up to 4 mt of length.

The products can be simple or complexes. The technical office is able to analyze the feasibility of projects complexes using each other of the experience and of the help of evolved computer tools (CAD 3D, CAM etc..). 

The FCF has also specialized in the production of small lotteries or of sampling, that are performed from sketch or from the model. In the phase of assemblage and welding of the particular the FCF it assures elevated precision and reliability, thanks to the professionalism acquired in the application of the technical TIGs and MIG. 

A meaningful experience has also been gotten in the workmanship of the stainless steel and in the welding of the manufactured articles to watertight estate.
